I just wanted to say thank you to all of those who have kept us in your thoughts and prayers. Everything is going great. I have debated whether or not to blog this.(So, to keep a long story short for those of you that do not know) We were on our way home from the cabin last Saturday, unfortunately we didn't make it past Brigham City. In a matter of a couple hours I got really sick so we stopped at the hospital there. My parent are so great and came down and picked the girls and took them back to the cabin. I spent a night there filled with tests and more tests. I couldn't control my breathing, blood pressure, heart rate and my platelets were dropping quickly. Then we had a pretty crazy ambulance ride to the ICU in Salt Lake, I was in there for a few days and for the past couple days I have been in recovery. I am suppose to be released tomorrow. Nate had to get back to school so after I got out of ICU he flew home. A big thanks to Ashley, Dallin and Ryanne they have been here with me since last Sunday. It is so nice to have family close.
This was a picture that was taken at the cabin yesterday. I miss the girls and Nate so much!

A quick update

Warning: This is kind of long. First of all, a few weeks ago is when every one's health started going down hill (except for mine thank goodness!). In a about a 10 or 11 day span, Ari went to the doctor twice so did Devy (their appointments were on different days of coarse). These were the very first sick appointments I had ever taken for either of my girls. I was really worried about them. There were many different outcomes, from stuffy noses/ sore throat/ cough, to ear infections, and swimmers ear, high temps that we couldn't get down ( Both girls were so weak they could barely stand or sit), throwing up and throwing up at all times of the day and night , and even a catheter. To top it off Nate had the same thing (minus the catheter). We had a wonderful time.

Both of the girls are sick in this picture. They spent most of their time on our bed. They made a little nest to rest in.

Ryanne came into town for 3-4 weeks. We had the best time with her. The girls especially miss her.

At IKEA

The pictures are really out of order. This was taken today. The girls LOVE LOVE LOVE when Nate is home. They are constantly fighting for his attention.

My Grandma took the girls out for Mother's Day and bought us new shoes and lunch. We had a fabulous afternoon.

Taking an action shot. I am glad that you found a way to make it in the picture Lauri. Looking good in the mirror.

One of the more exciting news is that we have a new member of the family!! Ashley and Dallin got a new puppy this weekend. He is very cute and still not named. Ari has thought of a lot of names, they include Zac Efron, Nim, Otis, Tinkerbell and others that I cant think of.

And last but not least, there has been a lot of swimming and playing outside. The girls really love Doh doh (that's what they call him).

Ari

Sometimes Ari pretends to sleep when I ask her to do something that she doesn't want to do. That is exactly what she is doing here.
Here is Ari and her riding lesson. She is really improving!

Looking for eggs

After the girls found their eggs, they wanted to hide them for Nate. So they scattered all the around the yard, until they found the best hiding spot ever. Then they moved all the eggs they hid and put them in that spot.

The best spot ever!

Sunday

This was the best picture of them standing alone together. And they are still making silly faces.

Dying Eggs

Playing in the rain

Saturday afternoon the girls played in the rain on the trampoline.

They got really cold and needed towels. Once they got the towels they just followed each other around the backyard.

Midwesterns Egg Hunt

On Saturday, Nate's school had an Easter egg hunt. The girls had a blast. Ari especially loved the Eater bunny and didn't want to get off its lap.

Conference

For the Sunday afternoon session of conference, we went to my grandma's house. This is one of the best parts of conference. There is amazing food, amazing talks, and amazing company. It was especially great this time because of the banana split cake. YUM!!!
Nate climbed up the tree with the girls barefooted.

The girls mauled my Aunt Lauri. Here Lauri is feeding Ari.
The girls would not leave her alone. Sorry Lauri!!! But can you blame them? She is one of the funnest people I know, the girls obviously know that too.
